At Le Langhe, you can sample tastes that remind Otto of his Langhe upbringing, offering a diverse and delicious antidote to the uniformity of food globalisation that will please all your senses.
Although we honour food customs, we believe that there is no such thing as ‘Italian food’, rather an Italian understanding of flavours, which is continually being reinterpreted and blended with tradition, always using first class ingredients. Our cooking is as you would find it in Italy: honest and genuine, a contrast to the standardised, generic ‘Britalian’ food that dominates in the UK.
