The restaurant (open Friday and Saturday), is faithful to the Italian tradition of the osteria, an informal, homely eating place where the menu is never set in advance but composed daily to make maximum use of the best seasonal ingredients available.
At Le Langhe, ours is a cuisine of ingredients. We believe that if you start with the finest raw materials, then you are already 80 per cent of the way to producing great dishes. Here you can taste really authentic Italian regional flavours, dishes such as slow cooked hare with polenta, pumpkin ravioli, calves liver with pancetta and sage, our egg pasta with wild mushrooms and parmesan cream, yogurt panna cotta and hazelnut tart.
