Our shop is groaning with good things from Italy that you rarely, if ever, find in the UK.
On the cheese front, you will find unique delights, such as Testun al Barolo, which is matured in the pomace of the Barolo wine, the limited production Cusiè, which is wrapped in tobacco leaves to mature, and Parmigiano delle Vacche Rosse, made from the milk of rare breed cattle. We stock traditionally-made balsamic vinegars from Modena, fresh truffles, silky-sweet cured culatello ham from Langhirano, and melt-in-the-mouth air-dried bresaola della Valtellina beef. And of course, there’s our own home-made egg pasta, tarts and baking to eat on the premises or takeaway.
