We can say with certainty that our food and wine is the genuine artisan article.
We import it directly from small traditional producers throughout Italy who produce their food and cultivate the soil with respect for the environment. So our fish is not farmed, our meat comes from well cared-for animals and our fruit and vegetables change with the seasons. To be assured of that quality, we go on buying trips to Italy six times a year and have products sent to us weekly to be tried and tasted.
